01 / Ownership & scope
The relationship behind the guide.
FANFACTORYCHINA.COM is a China HVLS fan industry directory and procurement guide with a commercial connection to the RTFANS inquiry route. RTFANS is a registered brand owned by KOOL AIR INTERNATION DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. Buyers should take this relationship into account when reading featured placement and project recommendations.
RTFANS appears alongside other supplier profiles under the same public-source framework. Those profiles support supplier research and comparison. The directory is not an independent certification body or an exhaustive register of every HVLS fan manufacturer.
- Commercial route
- RTFANS has a directory profile and the current direct project inquiry route reflects the site's commercial relationship.
- Listed supplier
- An external supplier included for procurement research. Inclusion alone does not establish a commercial partnership, factory audit or approval of its products.
- Paid listing
- A commercial service for directory exposure, subject to the listing rules below. A supplier profile's presence alone should not be read as evidence that the supplier has paid.
02 / Ranking & evaluation
How to read comparisons.
Supplier listing numbers are reference numbers from the supplied directory. They do not represent a ranking of manufacturing capability, product quality or suitability for your project. All records are presented as directory references.
The published evaluation framework sets out six procurement dimensions and their weights. These weights describe the comparison framework; they are not individual supplier scores or proof that every supplier has completed an assessment.
- Manufacturing capability and capacity
- 20%
- Product performance and reliability
- 20%
- Export experience and delivery
- 20%
- Certifications and compliance
- 15%
- Technical support and OEM capability
- 15%
- Procurement value
- 10%
Search visibility and domain authority indicators describe a website's online presence. Read the DA definition and source disclosure before using those figures in a supplier comparison.
Read the published methodology →04 / Paid listings
What commercial exposure includes.
Brands may pay for a directory profile and, with the official website option, one approved link to an independent brand website. Paid placements are labelled clearly. Current service scope, annual prices and application steps are published on the brand listing page.
- Profile review
- Submissions are reviewed for brand identity, product scope, public claims and supporting sources. Publication is subject to approval and payment.
- One official website
- One brand may have one independent website link in its listing. We review the proposed domain and may request evidence of brand or company ownership. Supporting product links must use the same approved domain.
- Payment boundaries
- Payment buys the agreed directory exposure. It does not buy a ranking, evaluation score, certification or procurement recommendation, and it does not turn an unsupported claim into verified evidence.
- Renewal and changes
- Paid listing services are annual and require renewal. Commercial listings may be paused when the website, contact details or published claims can no longer be verified.
05 / Sources & verification
Read the evidence with the claim.
Profiles draw on the supplied supplier directory, official domains, public product information and supplier-provided materials. Source notes, review dates and confidence statements describe the information available for that profile. A review date does not mean a factory visit, independent product test or certificate authentication has taken place.
- Supplier-provided
- Information supplied by a brand or supplier. Check the current version, scope and supporting documents before relying on a claim.
- Public product information
- Statements recorded from official websites or public product materials. Publication by a supplier does not mean the claim has been independently tested.
- Requires supplier confirmation
- A field that needs a direct answer or supporting document from the supplier before it can inform an order.
- Not publicly disclosed
- The profile does not have sufficient public information for this field. This does not establish whether a supplier has or lacks the capability.
- Pending document review
- Technical files or supporting evidence still need review. Read this status alongside the source and review date on the profile.
Technical claims and certifications
Fan diameter, airflow, coverage, noise and energy figures may use different test conditions. Compare the exact model, mounting height, measurement method and operating point before treating figures as equivalent.
Certification marks or certificate names recorded from a supplier's materials are supplier claims unless the profile states a specific verification basis. Request the current certificate or test report, check the named manufacturer and covered model, and confirm its relevance to your destination market.
Prices, availability and external websites
Published price ranges are planning references. Configuration, quantity, currency, shipping terms, destination and quotation date can change the final price. Official website links help you check a source; their presence does not guarantee the site's current content, product availability or the supplier's performance.
06 / Inquiry routing
Where your project brief goes.
In the current site phase, valid requests submitted through the site's procurement forms follow the RTFANS inquiry route, including requests started after viewing an external supplier profile. This form is not a broadcast request to every listed supplier and does not send your brief to the external supplier whose page you were reading.
The brief includes the contact and project details you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, company, building type, estimated quantity, preferred fan size, destination, timeline and project notes. These details provide context for an RTFANS project response.
Submitting an inquiry starts a sales conversation. Product selection, price, delivery scope and contractual terms still need to be agreed in a written quotation or contract. To contact an external supplier, use its own official contact channel.
07 / Before you order
Confirm the details for your project.
A directory profile is a starting point for a supplier conversation. Before committing to an order, confirm the following against current documents and the final quotation.
- Supplier identity. Check the legal seller, factory location, manufacturing scope and the company named on your quotation and contract.
- Building and product fit. Confirm floor area, clear height, mounting structure, obstructions, voltage, controls and operating conditions for the proposed model.
- Technical evidence. Request model-specific specifications, relevant test reports, certification scope and installation requirements.
- Commercial and service scope. Agree on price, quantity, lead time, Incoterms, installation responsibility, warranty and spare parts support.
08 / Corrections & updates
Help keep supplier records current.
Company details, domains, product lines and certifications can change after a profile's review date. Read the date and evidence notes on the individual profile when assessing how current its information may be.
To report an error or submit an update, email info@hvlsfans.cn with the profile URL, the specific claim to change, the proposed correction and a supporting source or document. For ownership or official domain changes, include evidence connecting the brand, company and website.
Submitted evidence is reviewed before a correction is published. A listing may be updated or paused when its source, contact details or published claims can no longer be verified.
